Having held roles in Senior Leadership, Coaching, Human Resources Strategy, Conflict Management and Psychological Health and Safety, Leslie has a wealth of experience on organizational culture, change and development.

Troy (he/him) has emerged from a full health leadership career to co-lead Southcott Leadership. He is an Accredited Certified Executive Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. His qualifications include a Master of Health Leadership and Bachelor of Social Work.
He has previously led provincial health change management activities and worked as a healthcare strategist. His roles as a senior manager, international board member, business owner, and private practice therapist inform his work with individuals and organizations.

Julie has a strong reputation for providing consultation and leadership to Boards, Executives and Senior Leadership Teams, in the areas of organizational leadership strategy, performance and change management.
