Leslie Brown, co-founder + Partner

Leslie (she/her) is an Accredited Certified Executive Coach (ACC) through International Coaching Federation. She also has a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management as well as a Bachelor of Social Work.


 Having held roles in Senior Leadership, Coaching, Human Resources Strategy, Conflict Management and Psychological Health and Safety, Leslie has a wealth of experience on organizational culture, change and development. 



Troy Mitchell, co-founder + Partner

Troy (he/him) has emerged from a full health leadership career to co-lead Southcott Leadership.  He is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) through the International Coaching Federation.  His qualifications include a Master of Health Leadership and Bachelor of Social Work. 


He has previously led provincial health change management activities and worked as a healthcare strategist.  His roles as a social worker, senior manager, business owner, and private practice therapist inform his work.  


Troy has supported many organizations during complex times and has had active governance roles at the provincial, national, and international levels. 



Chantel Barrett, Executive Coordinator

With over ten years of administrative experience supporting executive and senior leadership. Chantel (she/her) brings a proven record of excellence in organizational management and operational support. Highly skilled in coordination, scheduling, and process optimization, she ensures administrative functions are executed with precision, efficiency, and professionalism.

Throughout her career, Chantel has contributed to key organizational initiatives, including operational readiness planning and major transition projects, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to seamless execution. She has completed a three-year Certificate in Administration and is pursuing a Bachelor of Business, further enhancing her strategic and leadership capabilities.

Recognized for her reliability, discretion, and dedication, Chantel is committed to supporting effective leadership and advancing organizational success through exceptional administrative and operational excellence.

Julie Sullivan, associate

Julie (she/her) is an experienced HR leader with 18 years of progressive leadership in the NL Healthcare system. She is a Certified Health Executive (CHE) through the Canadian College of Health Leaders and holds a Master and Bachelor of Nursing through Memorial University.

Julie has a strong reputation for providing consultation and leadership to Boards, Executives and Senior Leadership Teams, in the areas of organizational leadership strategy, performance and change management. She is a successful entrepreneur, wife and mom of two teenage children. Julie is passionate about helping others dream BIG and achieve success! 

megan tucker, associate

Megan (she/her) is a dynamic professional with a Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA) and a rich background in Human Resources, specializing in Recruitment and Workforce Planning. With a keen eye for talent acquisition and a strategic mindset, Megan has consistently demonstrated her ability to build high-performing teams that drive organizational success.


With her blend of strategic thinking, logistical prowess, and a passion for creating exceptional work environments, she is poised to make a meaningful impact on your company's human capital management, operational efficiency, and overall employee well-being.

Melissa Coish, associate

  Melissa is a healthcare leader, consultant, and strategist who is passionate about helping people and organizations do their best work. With over 20 years of experience, she brings a thoughtful, values-based approach to leadership, grounded in collaboration, authenticity, and real-world impact. 


Melissa is known for bringing people together, turning strategy into action, and supporting leaders to have tough conversations navigate change with confidence. 


She is currently serving as Director of Measurement and Evaluation at Healthcare Excellence Canada and is a Certified Health Executive (CHE). She holds a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) from Dalhousie University as well as a Masters in Health Studies from Athabasca University.  

Andrea Dunne, associate

    Andrea is a mental health professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in child and adolescent mental health services.  With experience across Canada, Ireland, and Vietnam, she brings both clinical insight and real-world experience to build high-performing teams, strengthen workplace culture, and support staff in high stress work environments.


Known for her direct, yet compassionate communication style, Andrea has much success navigating complex interpersonal and systemic dynamics.  Her work is grounded in the belief that when organizations invest in the well-being of their people, better outcomes naturally follow for those they serve.  She holds a Master of Education degree.
